Fourth of July Back Porch Decor
I'm sorry that I haven't blogged much these past few years. You know, life... it just gets busy. Being a mama to five boys keeps me busy. Keeping up with a large home keeps me busy. Keeping up with my Etsy shop and my website keeps me busy. Hosting sign painting workshops keeps me busy. Being in shops and re-doing furniture and creating pillows and signs and calendars and decor to sell, keeps me super busy. (Right now, I have my products in 4 different local shops.) I enjoy doing all that, and I'm not complaining about being super busy, I'm simply explaining where I've been and what I've been up to and why you haven't heard much from me these past few years. If you follow me on Instagram or Facebook, you've seen some of what I've been up to.
Anyway, on with this post... So recently, I've been scrolling through my many of thousands of photos and started thinking, "oh, that was something I was going to share on my blog, and so was that" and so on (AND speaking of my many of thousands of photos, I was actually starting to feel like I was getting the photo organizing under control before I got super busy. NOW my photos are feeling out of control again. But that's another post, for another day.)
So I started organizing my blog post photo's that I was planning on sharing years ago, and even though, they may be things that I've finished 2 years ago or decor from last year or a bathroom makeover from this past spring, or some organizing posts from a few years back, I decided that all I have to do is start posting again and I'll eventually catch up. I'm not promising anything, but I will say, I have a TON to share! Stay updated on blog posts by subscribing to my blog via email and follow me on Instagram and Facebook.
Fourth of July is next week. I wanted to share some Fourth of July back porch decor with you all. This was my back porch decor from 2016:
Our back porch doesn't look like this today. I've sold some things, painted some things and changed things around a bit.
My husband and I will be hosting a BBQ next week with family and friends, so I'll have to clean the space up again and maybe get some Fourth of July decor going on again.
Hope you all have a Happy and Safe 4th!
May you be a little inspired.
Until next time,
DaNita
